Humanitarian practitioner, lifelong learner, and someone with too many interests and ideas at the same time.

For more than ten years, I have been involved in humanitarian response, recovery, community resilience, and learning-focused programs in Indonesia. My work mostly revolves around monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL/MERL), community engagement, reporting, research, and program implementation.

Over the years, I have worked with community-based initiatives, volunteer networks, civil society organizations, and humanitarian programs in both field and coordination settings. I am particularly interested in approaches that keep humanitarian work not only measurable and effective, but also humane, inclusive, and grounded in real community experiences.

BLOG is a more personal space where I share reflections about life, learning, curiosity, and the many things that continue shaping me beyond work.

Meanwhile, MY WORKS contains some of the creative things I enjoy outside professional life — crafting, crochet, cooking, baking, and other small handmade explorations that somehow help me slow down and stay curious.

At the center of all these different paths, one thing remains constant: I genuinely love learning. It is probably the reason why I keep trying new things, adapting, creating, and continuing to grow — both professionally and personally.
